  this place was awful. I just moved to the area and have been searching for a salon, I happened upon this place in the Columbia Mall. I was brought to the hair washing station and was given an elderly woman to wash and cut my hair. she didn't look at my hair or ask me what I'd like to have done before she started. I should have left then! I finally told her I only wanted a trim and to neaten up my ends. she proceeded to chop about 3 inches of hair and cut short layers all over my head! when I started to speak up, she argued with me that she only cut 1/2 inch of hair and that she needed to cut the layers to add volume. worst place ever and she charged me $50 to hack my hair. will never go back.
